Background info about Mali, and what ET is doing

EasyTalk has embarked on an ambitious project to raise much needed funds for the  Mali Children’s village.

Run by Frederic Kanoute, Mali and Seville football player, this project is supported by The Development Trust, a registered UK charity.

Our aim is to contribute to the construction of the Mali village by raising at LEAST £100,000. We will do this by carrying out various activities throughout 2008/09. However, in order to ensure the success of this project, EasyTalk needs your support! We need you to:

1. Donate as much as you can

2. Become a volunteer and help publicise and carry out the exciting activities

Together we can ensure that the Mali Children’s Village is not just a pipe dream but an unfaltering reality!

A hadith about charity and donating to orphans

The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said, 'I and the guardian of orphans are like this.' He raised his forefinger and middle finger to illustrate the closeness. (Bukhari & Muslim)
